Our Art Teacher introduces students in grades K–8 to a variety of artistic techniques while encouraging imagination, confidence, and self-expression. In our classrooms, art is a place of joy, beauty, and growth—where students are supported, challenged, and celebrated.

What You’ll Do

Lead engaging, hands-on art lessons for students in grades K–8, once per week, preferably Mondays and Thursdays.
Help students explore different media and styles while developing their skills
Create a warm, welcoming, and well-managed classroom environment
Celebrate student work through displays, projects, and school events
Partner with teachers and administrators to support our school community
Joyfully support and model the values and mission of Catholic education

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field
Experience working with children preferred
A love for teaching, creativity, and nurturing young artists
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A teacher who supports Catholic values
Willingness to complete background checks and Safe Environment training
