On-Target Earnings (OTE)

$60,000 - $90,000: 0-6 Months Experience

$100,000 - $150,000: 6 Months-1 Years Experience

$150,000 - $250,000: 1-2 Years Experience

Clear path to success if hired:

• Make 250–300 cold calls daily (we provide a speed dialer and leads — no prospecting!)
• Goal: Book 2–3 Zooms daily, about 40–50 Zooms monthly
• We will teach you a high-impact pitch using our proven scripts and training
• Top talent will be promoted to AE closer roles
• Management roles available after 12–18 months for the right candidates

You can apply if you have:

• 2+ years of tech/SaaS cold calling experience as a BDR or AE
• A proven track record of booking/closing Zoom meetings
• Fluent English and world-class communication skills
• Confidence in handling objections, building urgency, and closing next steps
