Position Title: Community Engagement Lead

Position Summary:
Sonic's Community Engagement Lead will be responsible for strategic and proactive communication with our audiences through multiple organic social channels with timely, relevant, on-brand content and messaging. This candidate is a strong writer and communicator who will craft compelling, mission-driven content that resonates with our growing audience. They will oversee a small team and interact with people to improve brand sentiment. They are responsible for monitoring/measuring social interactions, quantifying feedback, and developing strategies to elevate the Sonic brand and grow brand awareness. Sonic's ideal candidate is curious, creative, and committed to developing powerful and engaging content for our audiences guided by Sonic's core values, voice, and culture.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Exempt
Travel: Limited travel (as needed) for role.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will eventually have direct report responsibilities
