Contract Manufacturing Commercial Manager III

Summary:

The Contract Manufacturing Commercial Manager will own the end to end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers that work with the company or clients. They will ensure client/supplier satisfaction as well as grow the business and revenue.

• Responsibilities: Initial collaboration with CM Op's Mgr, xfn and Legal
• Aim for a 6-week turnaround from business award to SOW submission (signed by both parties)
• Incorporate consistent financial reporting by breaking out key components, including NRE, Build costs and other relevant expenses.
• Ensure commercial contract is executed before engineering engagement in collaboration with CM Ops Mgr (unless existing Eng work order is in place)
• Once the CM Ops Mgt has kicked off the RFQ, ensure the SOW gets started in parallel.6. Get all finances put together and get incorporated into the SOW
• Highly cross functional and working with many teams to make sure that
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to work to deadlines
• Able to work with various different business functions
• Knowledge of customer base, industry and competition
• Strong problem solving skills

• Qualifications: Contract/business writer with 3-5 years of experience in the CE industry with an understanding of commercial contracts, and analytical skills to review contracts, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations
• 3-5 years of industry experience with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts
• Must be able to work with XFN to gather relevant specifications and attachments to be included in the SOW's.
• Education/Experience: Familiarity with financial terms
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, legal or other relevant field

Pay range is $43 - $48 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
