About the POSITION:
Group is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Baxter Springs, KS .

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population.
Diagnose, prevent, and treat oral diseases and conditions.
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications:
D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.
Full and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kansas.
Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency (GPR) program is preferred.
Experience or strong interest in community/public health dentistry preferred.
Passion for serving underserved populations and reducing barriers to care.
About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Competitive salary starting around $175,000 + , depending on experience.
