Job Summary:

We are looking for someone to help us with our expanding digital marketing efforts. No marketing experience needed. Our current schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Training may need to be completed fully in the office.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist sales agents with their digital marketing efforts
• Help manage the brand's public relations (e.g. Facebook comments, Google reviews, etc.)
• Perform basic reporting needs
• Review and approve company marketing materials
• Help assign leads to local sales teams, manage lead inventories, and balance budgets
• Make outbound welcome calls to new sales teams
• Take inbound calls related to job postings and the company’s marketing efforts

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Able to self-prioritize and invest in self-development.
• No digital marketing experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills
