Cornerstone is a new restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen located in historic Pawling, NY. Slated to
open October 2025. We are looking for an industry professional to join our team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
• Ensures cleanliness of kitchen and station at all times
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of dish equipment
• Communicate effectively and clearly with team members
• Ensure all dishware is cleaned, sanitized, dried and stored properly
• Ensure all waste is disposed of properly. Including sorting recycling, compostable waste, and
general garbage
• Light prep work, when necessary
• Receive, organize, and store deliveries
Required Experience
• A good attitude!
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Able to safely handle industrial cleaning chemicals
• Ability and eagerness to learn
Physical Abilities:
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without
assistance, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and perform
repetitive motions
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
