Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
P&C insurance license
Proficiency with Epic agency management system preferred
2+ years insurance experience
Key Responsibilities:
Play an active role in managing accounts to grow customer base
Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing and claims
Build and maintain relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Recommend tailored insurance plans for home, auto, umbrella, rentals, etc.
Oversee processing of new policies, renewals, endorsements, RMV transactions and cancellations
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling additional products for account rounding
Work closely with underwriters and carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues in policy servicing
Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation
Work collaboratively with a high-performing team and leadership
