The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a key leadership role within the department, overseeing the daily responsibilities of staff and providing guidance on both technical knowledge and career growth. This role will involve managing a diverse range of projects, from initial concept to the completion of construction, with the advantage of working closely with multiple disciplines within the organization. You will lead projects by collaborating with clients, ensuring the highest technical standards, and effectively managing the project team and timeline to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering both technical and professional growth.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including design, coordination, and construction, working closely with internal teams from various disciplines.
• Interface with clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering technical excellence to meet project goals.
• Manage project teams and schedules, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• REVIT experience
• At least 10 years of experience in an architectural/engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in healthcare engineering, with knowledge of related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
