Description **Job Overview:** We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fully Remote Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working remotely. **Responsibilities:**

• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist patients with scheduling or rescheduling appointments
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues
• Documenting patient information accurately in our system
• Verifying eligibility and benefits
• Following up with patients as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
• Windows or Mac with an antivirus software and headset
• Good internet connectivity
